Bill Payment

Conetoe Community Water Association is pleased to provide a wide range of convenient payment options to our valued customers. We understand that everyone has different preferences, so we offer a selection of choices for you to choose from. Simply select the payment option that aligns with your needs and preferences.

Payment By Mail

If you prefer to pay by check or money order through the mail, kindly include your payment coupon along with your payment. To ensure timely processing and avoid any late fees, we recommend mailing your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date stated on your bill. This allows sufficient time for the payment to reach us and be processed accordingly.

Automatic Bank Draft (coming soon)

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (if available) located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

Payment Drop-off Location

For your convenience, we provide the option to pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept payments in cash, check, or money orders. However, please be aware that Mondays, Fridays, and the first business day after a holiday tend to be particularly busy, which may result in longer wait times. If possible, we recommend considering an alternative day to visit our office to ensure a smoother and faster payment process.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

As a convenient alternative, many financial institutions, including major banks, provide their customers with an online bill payment service through their respective websites. This service allows you to pay your bills by debiting your checking or savings account. Please note that some financial institutions may charge a fee for this service, while others may offer it free of charge. It is advisable to consult with your bank directly to obtain more detailed information regarding their online bill payment service, including any associated fees. Additionally, please keep in mind that it may take up to seven business days for the payment to be processed and reflected in your account.
